WHY CHOOSE RADIANT?

What separates Radiant Products from the herd of other fixture manufacturers, job shops, distributors and jobbers? First, our willingness and curiosity to research and evaluate a project to see if we are the best fit and hopefully give our customers some ideas and direction. If for instance we know of a better (specialized) resource we will be glad to share our knowledge with the customer.

Next, the appreciation we have for our customers and their needs. This includes understanding the aesthetics related to how a part will be seen and used and bringing options to the table to involve the customer in the manufacturing process. The knowledge that units need to ship on time, be packaged to prevent damage, that correct quantities are included and consideration given to freight costs. Also that what we make for you will be durable and safe in its end application.
