We offer credit terms after filling out our credit application and approval by our credit department.

TERMS
Net 20 days from date of shipment on all regular line merchandise and Net 10 days from date of shipment on all special custom and contract work, for open accounts. All prices and terms of sale are subject to change without notice. All prices f.o.b. Factory, St. Louis, Missouri. Radiant Products will not be responsible for any additional charges due to freight reclassification. Notice of any discrepancy in billing, damaged merchandise, etc., must be given within 15 days from date of shipment. Minimum order $40.00.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Radiant Products will select the freight company unless customer pre-specifies same at the time the order is placed. Radiant Products does not set or control shipping rates to your locations. Freight charges will be added to the invoice unless otherwise arranged and agreed to by Radiant Products at time order is placed.
We will endeavor to make delivery on all orders as soon as possible; however, we reserve the right to re-schedule deliveries due to a shortage of materials, an over backlog of orders, labor disputes, accidents to machinery, etc. If unable to meet a schedule or requested delivery date for customer convenience, we shall not be liable for additional transportation charges incurred by customer request to use a more rapid means of transportation. If consignee does not receive goods within 15 days from date of shipment, please notify us at once so that we can alert forwarders to place tracers on same. Radiant Products is not responsible for any changes made as to the National Motor Freight Classification assigned to any item ordered.
CLAIMS
All goods sold by the seller (Radiant Products) are warranted to be free from defects to material and workmanship only for a period of one year, said defects to be determined by Radiant Products' Management. We will not accept return of any goods without our prior written authorization. We will not be responsible for any damage incurred while in customer's warehouse, stores, etc., or in transit. All claims for damage in transit should be made to the carrier. Keep all packaging material and product for inspection by the carrier.
RETURNS
No merchandise should be returned without a Return Authorization Number. Custom orders are not returnable.
All orders (if approved for return by Radiant) received in good order and returned through no fault of Radiant Products Company will have a 15% return to stock charge. Also, all additional costs incurred such as cleaning, refinishing, or special repackaging of parts will be charged to the customer. Customer will have to pay all freight charges (delivery and return) except where in writing Radiant Products Company acknowledges responsibility for same.
(Shipments that are shipped common carrier and are visibly damaged, or are short cartons or pieces at the time of delivery must be noted damaged or short on the delivery receipt. Make sure both copies of the receipt are noted and the driver has signed both. Call the carrier to file a claim for the shortage or damage.)
Shipments that are shipped common carrier and have damage or shortages discovered after delivery must be reported to the carrier immediately.
BACKORDERS
If we are out of stock, we will backorder the merchandise and ship at a later time unless you request otherwise.
PRICING
Radiant Products reserves the right to adjust shown prices at will. Prices are only valid upon approval and acceptance of order.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
All bills not paid within 20 days from shipping date will incur a 1.5% per month finance charge effective for a minimum of 1 month, charged immediately after the 20 day period.
CUSTOM DESIGN
Radiant Products is the sole owner of all designs, plans and/or specifications of any item manufactured by Radiant Products unless Radiant Products expressly agrees in writing that any such designs, plans or specifications are owned by the customer. Only a Radiant Products Officer's signature, authorizing ownership to another company will be considered valid.
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION CHANGES
We reserve the right to make design changes, due to improved methods in manufacturing or possible parts and materials shortages at time of purchase, which may alter the appearance of the product.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Many of the units illustrated in our catalog are also available in other materials, finishes, color combinations, and special sizes. We will be pleased to quote and give delivery schedule after receiving your desired requirements on any special orders. Allow ample delivery time on all specials. We will not accept cancellation under any condition on any special or custom design orders.
SAMPLES
Certain units, upon written request, may be available as samples. A Radiant Products Officer must approve same. When a sample is shipped, the customer is to decide whether or not they will keep the unit within 1 month from receipt of same. If the customer decides to keep the unit, they are billed for the freight and cost of the unit. Under special circumstances (to be authorized in advance of a sample order) if the customer places a larger quantity order for the same unit and a price break is involved, we will credit the difference between the sample and the cost of the larger quantity. If the customer decides not to keep the sample unit, the customer will be billed only for freight both ways, providing the unit is returned to us in the same condition as it was shipped. Inspection of unit condition determined upon return by Radiant Management.
BLANKET ORDERS
Radiant Products will drop ship orders at customer's request to release from their blanket order. Radiant will invoice as shipped. Any units remaining at Radiant Products Company after a period of 6 months will be invoiced to the customer immediately. Radiant will hold same for future shipments up to 1 year. After 1 year from date of order, the customer must take delivery of items left in storage or Radiant has the right to dispose of same.
Radiant Products reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
